Before you write

I don’t have a date yet.

Write anyway. Most requests arrive without one. You say roughly when you are in Lyon, we say which tables are open.

I am on my own, or two.

That is the usual case. The table holds six; the other seats are filled by the house, with people who applied the same way.

Is 500 € per person all of it?

Yes. Market, kitchen, table, wine, the whole evening from the first coffee to the last glass. Nothing is added afterwards.

What if the date does not work out?

You are not charged before a date is agreed. If nothing fits, nothing happens and nobody writes to you again.
