Off-Menu Lyon is a private dining label based in Lyon, France. A Lyon chef takes six people into his real world: his places, his people, his way of cooking when no one is watching. It is not a restaurant hire. It is not a cooking class. It is access.
Is Off-Menu a restaurant?
No. Off-Menu has no dining room, no menu, no opening hours. It is a private dining label: six guests enter the real world of a Lyon chef for one evening. The address changes with every table.
How is it different from hiring a private chef?
A private chef comes to your space. With Off-Menu, you enter his. His kitchen, his market, his suppliers. The difference is who is on their own territory.
Where does an Off-Menu evening take place?
In and around Lyon. In the chef’s kitchen, at a producer’s farm in the Beaujolais or the Dombes, or in his restaurant, closed after service. The address arrives the day before.
How is it different from a food tour or a cooking class in Lyon?
A food tour visits places open to the public. A cooking class teaches technique. Off-Menu does neither: six guests enter the real world of a Lyon chef, his market, his kitchen, his producers. Nothing is staged, nothing is on a circuit. You enter through him.
Who is Off-Menu for?

How many people per evening?
Six. Never more.
What does it cost?
500 EUR per person. 3,000 EUR for the full table of six.
Can I book the whole table?
Yes. Six seats, one evening for your group. For close friends, colleagues, an occasion. 3,000 EUR for the full table, through the same form.
What happens during the evening?

Can I buy an Off-Menu evening as a gift?
